Cedar Batten Venetian Style Fencing With Softwood Decking

Construction of a raised decking area for entertainment and sun-bathing, using all natural materials.
What our client said:
We are just so thrilled with the finished look of our new terrace. The materials used are fabulous and the project itself was completed on time and on budget. Spencer and his team were excellent from start to finish.
How we helped:
Our Surbiton client expressed a strong love of natural materials, so we coupled economical softwood decking with long lasting cedar batten in a ‘Venetian’ style fence to create a wonderful timber balustrade. This needed to be suitable for both entertaining and relaxing in privacy, so our team used a timber frame to support, and additionally added a border of mixed perennials and climbers. A specimen olive tree and a standard bay allowed for maturity, and these were under-planted with colourful shrubs and ornamental grasses.
