You contact us via our website or phone 07944 557571. We arrange an appointment to come and see you, discuss your ideas, provide suggestions to achieve what you would like in your garden and measure everything up. We then provide you a detailed quote via email.

At this point, you may have some additional questions or require specific changes to work within your budget. We will discuss these changes with you and amend the quote accordingly. We will then suggest a date to commence the work and complete your garden.

To secure your booking, you will pay 30% deposit. The balance is payable on full satisfactory completion (longer projects will have a 30% invoice half way through with 40% being payable on completion).

In the UK, most landscaping or gardening works can be carried out at any time of year. When planning your garden makeover with your landscaper, try to consider which months of the year will be best for you.

We have excellent local electricians and irrigation specialists we can recommend – we assist you in liaising regarding the lighting and irrigation and work alongside them during the garden build.

Our payment terms are 7 days. You may pay by BACS, cheque or via Crezco link on invoice. We do not accept credit cards over the phone.

This will depend on the work you are looking at undertaking. Most simple landscaping and garden works can be explained by us in your garden and supported by samples of the materials used. This removes the cost of a formal design.

This varies from project to project and will be specified in your quote.

We organise everything so we can work swiftly. We have excellent relationships with our local suppliers so can rely on them to deliver promptly therefore allowing the process to advance without delays.

We are based in Surbiton and cover South West London, Middlesex and Surrey. We especially enjoy working in Richmond upon Thames, Esher, Kingston, Surbiton, Teddington and Twickenham.
